Made with premium silicon carbide abrasive, is a medium stone with slower breakdown characteristics than our standard stones.

• Produces a silky matte finish on all prehardened tool steels, from 28Rc SAE 4130 through 60Rc A2 and M2. Can also be used to rough out aluminum, beryllium copper and kirksite.
• Most stones are sold in full box quantities of 12 each; larger stones are sold in boxes of 6 each.

Soaked in oil solution to prevent loading. Fast-cutting with moderate breakdown.
